SMILE: 90 years of Luna Park - Bradfield Senior College Project 2025
TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE MAY 1st
Your ticket allows you access to the whole event including all installations, the gallery, immersive film, live music, art and design markets. Allow 60 minutes to experience the whole event.
The exhibition will include:
- Vintage Carnival theme
- Mural featuring Luna Park timeline
- Memories of Luna Park: a verbatim theatre audio installation
- Dream Ride: An immersive film exploring the most celebrated rides screened in the Theatre.
- Exhibition of artworks and projections in the Gallery and corridors
- The Cutting Room Floor: an exhibition about creating the event.
- Live music performances in the Courtyard.
- Merchandise markets (Some stalls accept cash, some only EFTPOS).
There will also be a Friends of Bradfield raffle. Tickets can be purchased during the exhibition. Funds raised will be used to support student learning through the purchasing of equipment and resources.
With creative education at its core, SMILE provides a platform for creative industries students from Bradfield Senior College to immerse themselves in a real-world project as vital preparation for future careers. Observe both the process - progressive creative education at play and the result - a spectacular immersive event.
Parents and friends are encouraged to attend and support the event. If sold out there may be standing tickets released. Limited parking is available on site. Entrance via Westbourne Street. Come to Building A.
