If you’re interested in game development as a career our IDT Cert III course focuses on teaching you the fundamentals of game development and provides you with a clear pathway to the Gaming Diploma and/or university. We use Unity and Maya.
Choosing the right subjects in year 11 is important. These preliminary subjects will give you a strong foundation in theory and practice and set you up for your final year and projects. They will provide a good foundation for your career pathway. Subjects like Visual Arts, Contemporary Visual Arts and History are also useful.
