Course topics

This Certificate II course will give you the skills you need to put your people personality into practice and organise events, conferences and travel plans and secure a job in the industry. You will develop a range of skills, knowledge and experiences that are transferable to many other industry areas including communication, working in teams, customer service, and OHS.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake a work placement in a tourism and events environment. This provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop your competency and employment related skills in line with industry standards.
