Fashion and Textiles is a course for the creative-minded. Apply your creative flair in a practical way and watch your designs come to life.
Learn to recognise, handle and use various garment production materials, operate a sewing machine, fabric cutting and assembling skills.
Students create garments in our Makerspace using the digital fabric printer and our new embroidery machine.
They can use existing patterns and can also cut their own with projects ranging from corsets to shorts, embellished footwear and students' own work.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include our custom built design, visual art, photomedia and technology studios. Students can explore their creativity using the latest technology such as a digital fabric printer, a plastic vacuum former and 3D scanner and printer, photographic equipment and the latest computer software.
